Invoicing plumbing work
A plumbing invoice usually combines a call-out or service fee, labor and parts. Listing them separately shows the customer what they are paying for and builds trust, especially for emergency work at higher rates.

What a plumbing invoice should include
- Your business name, license or registration number if required, and contact details
- The customer’s name and the job address
- An invoice number, the date of the work and the due date

- Any warranty on the work, plus tax and the total due

Warranty and terms
If you guarantee your work or the parts you fit, say so in the terms, for example "12-month warranty on labor". Add your payment terms and any late-payment policy there too, and put your bank details in the notes.
